The hotel, in Harrison Springs, British Columbia, pictured in its heyday, looks like a great fresh air getaway. Must have been that in 1900.

Mug measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3".

St. Alice Hotel, Harrison Hot Springs - was before the H.H.S. Hotel. St. Alice Hotel built 1885-6 by Brown Bros., 3 stories, 40 rooms. $8.00 per day accommodation. Destroyed by fire one Sunday morning in 1920. The hotel was the first resort in B.C. A new resort was built after the fire that opened in 1926 as the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel.
