A serene woodland landscape by Walt Lee, depicting a stand of trees with distant hills beyond. Painted in oil on board, the work captures the quiet beauty and soft colors of the natural landscape.
Date unknown but the painter and cartoonist Walt Lee was actively producing art from the 1910s until his retirement from commercial work in 1954. He continued to paint and teach privately in California until his passing in 1980.
