A really lovely mid-century modernist canvas, signed. The signature has resisted deciphering, we make it to be "Geuid" or maybe that's a Q, but the 64 is clear. It looks to us like a seaside town, Mediterranean or Mexican, the houses clustered round the harbor, looking out towards the horizon.
Measures 39.5" x 25.75". The thickly applied paint shows cracks up close commensuratewith its age.
