An original World War II-era U.S. Navy recruiting poster encouraging women to join the WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service). Featuring striking artwork by John Falter, the poster depicts a female naval communications operator at work beneath the slogan, “It’s a Woman’s War Too!”
A powerful example of American wartime propaganda and one of the most iconic images promoting women's service during World War II.
Condition shows age-related wear, spotting, and edge damage, as shown in the photos. While restoration is possible, the imperfections do not detract from the overall presentation of the image.
