Hatamen (哈德门) cigarettes were a prominent Chinese brand, first introduced by British American Tobacco (BAT) in 1923 and later nationalized into the state-owned Shanghai Tobacco Company in 1951. The brand was a best-seller and was associated with the economic prosperity of 1920s Shanghai.
