The vivacious Natasha is in Russian costume and completely in the spirit of the thing.  This portrait is loaded with period charm and dash. And it's a wonderful size: the canvas is 30" x 40" and the frame is 35 3/4" x 45 3/4".


Born in Omaha, NE on Aug. 28, 1872. Viola Pratt began her art studies in Omaha and for four years at the Kansas City Art Institute under J. L. Wallace and Edna Kelly. By 1929 she had moved to Long Beach, CA and continued her studies with Elmer Schofield. The wife of Joseph Stone, she died in Long Beach on April 5, 1958.
