Ralph Lytle

Ralph Arthur Lytle (1882-1959) Desert Buttes - Gouache on Board P2986

Regular price $450.00

A very fine view of the distant mountain formations and clouds massing behind them in a blue sky. No wonder artists dedicated their lives to such scenes.

Framed, measures 13 1/2" x 10 1/2".

Born in Colorado, Ralph Lytle settled in Los Angeles in 1914 and worked as a commercial artist. In his leisure, he painted desert landscapes and scenes of Southern California. He died in Los Angeles on March 12, 1959.
