As is. Or rather, as are. The leather of the seats, as can be seen, needs replacing. The backs are in very good condition. It's a great chance to get these rarities at a nice price. The Imperial Furniture Company was top of the line for the Monterey style, its designers forging a distinctive look. We love Imperial's dark elegance and gravity.
