Ludwig Hohlwein (27 July 1874 in Wiesbaden – 15 September 1949 in Berchtesgaden) was a German poster artist, a pioneer of the Sachplakat style. He trained and practiced as an architect in Munich until 1911, when he moved to Berlin and switched to poster design. One of the most successful and prolific commercial and advertising and political propaganda artists of his era, both in Germany and, in the 1920s, in America.

Pörtschach am Wörthersee (Slovene: Poreče) is a municipality in the district of Klagenfurt-Land in Carinthia, Austria. It is an established summer resort and lakeside town on Wörthersee.
