Very fine detail in this one. Measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 1".

Intriguingly, many close reproductions of this piece online are identified, and even marketed, as Soviet. it is worth reading contemporary scholars on the subject of satirists conflating Stalin with the devil, thus disguising their target, and living to satirize another day. This particular piece's provenance is unknown, but we do admire its high quality. Whether it is Victorian, as its style would suggest, or sprung from the vexed history of the last century, is hard to say.
