Really spectacularly modeled and cast, this Victorian take on a Roman soldier is pretty thrilling. On its wooden base it stands 18" tall x 9 1/2" x 9 1/2".
And the Victorians did their research: "The mace was a powerful weapon of war which was utilized by Roman soldiers to break the body armor or chain mail of the opposing warrior". And this soldier would have been handsome enough to break hearts as well.
