Spanish Revival Smoking Stand with Hammered Copper Dish F2814

Regular price $395.00

A delightful decorative object from the height of the California Spanish Revival period. The hand-forged wrought iron tripod stand features scrolled legs with ball feet, a heart-shaped central motif with applied iron rose detail, and an upper scroll bracket — all hallmarks of the hand-wrought metalwork characteristic of the style. The removable hammered copper dish with ruffled edge served originally as an ashtray or cigarette holder, its warm patina contrasting beautifully against the blackened iron base.

A functional and sculptural piece that speaks to the craftsmanship and romanticism of 1920s–30s California decorative arts.

Measures 11.5" x 11.5" x 27"
