A beautiful, rich turquoise color, with some natural discoloration from age and use adding to its character. A few chips around the rim of the neck, as shown in photos. Circa 1920s.
It sits in its original wrought iron stand, scrolling legs curving out to meet a simple center band that cradles the jar's midsection. The dark, hand-forged iron is a lovely contrast against that saturated turquoise glaze.
