Mini Jade Pacific Oil Jar B3321

Regular price $150.00

This miniature ceramic oil jar was produced by Pacific Pottery in the 1920s and exemplifies the refined simplicity of early California art pottery. The piece features a rounded ovoid form with a softly rolled rim, closely modeled after traditional oil jars used for storing cooking oils and liquids, adapted here in a decorative scale.

Finished in a luminous jade green glaze, the surface displays a smooth, high-gloss sheen with subtle tonal variation—an effect prized in Pacific Pottery’s production and inspired by Asian celadon wares popular in the early 20th century.

Miniature Pacific forms are increasingly scarce, making this piece a charming and collectible example of Southern California ceramic design, well suited for shelf display or as a small standalone accent.
