A beautiful Painting by a French Refuge after World war 2.
Jaques Ronay came to the USA after fleeing France withy his wife and soon to be famous Photographer son Alain Ronay known for the last Phots of Jim Morrison. I bought a number of pieces from Alain while he was still alive. Sadly his fathers art studio burned to the ground with all his art in it in the early 1960's and his unique signature would spell doom to anyone researching one of his found in the wild paintings.
Jaques went to work for the studios as a set painter . His son Alain went on to fame as a photographer
