How we love these folk pieces, homemade, solid, worn with use, made beautiful by time. The patina on this one is really extraordinary: it almost counts as abstract painting, with an impression of animal hide about it. The grooves in the side for shelves tell us this was an element of a built-in, perhaps in a work room, and only add to its visual interest.. Measures 58″ tall x 18″ deep x 25″ wide.
