Mexico's history of political revolutions is rivaled if not surpassed by its history of artistic ones. One of the world's greatest melting pots, Mexico's culture has many roots and has been enriched by many influences. From the resurgence of national pride in its indigenous history and its determining influence on its European traditions, to its welcome of political refugees throughout the troubled twentieth century from the Caribbean and Latin America and Europe, and yes, the US, Mexico's art world has experienced more than one golden age. The vigor, range and brilliance of Mexican art is unequaled throughout the world.
It gives us joy to be able to share with you artists we have been fortunate enough to discover, and works we have been fortunate enough to acquire.
