Joan Savo (1918-1992) - Modernist Pastel of Three Figures - 1967 P2873

A wonderful and subtle work, almost but not quite abstracted.

Measures 5 3/4" x 6", frame 9" x 9" x 1 3/4".

Post War California artist, Joan Savo was active in the San Francisco North Beach area in the 1950's, and later on the Monterey Peninsula.
